I have the plan...

And it's scary. 1700 cals per day. That's a pretty intense amount of food!

I thought about starting tomorrow. I still haven't decided. I may go into work early and give my poor legs a break, eating, but eating lightly tomorrow? Finish off what I can't eat on my new plan.

Got in a fight at work, as in a yelling match with one of the other managers. He's an idiot. I have no idea why he's in our team. I am not his paper bitch. I am his equal (though as he's 'acting' technically I'm above him in the heirarchy.) Not worth my time or effort.

I'm tired.... I'm going to hurt tomorrow.

wow, that is a scary amount, but hopefully the trainer knows what he's on about and you will still lose. Sorry about the fight, urgh, i hate people like that. glad you didn't let him get you down, you're right, just not worth the time or effort! hope you have a lovely day today!

Blogger won't let me comment on your new post! I click on the thing to comment and the screen just flashes and comes up as the same thing! :( So I'm putting my comment on this one? Good luck with the meal plan. It will take some getting used to. But your trainer will probably have you working out so much that 1700 calories won't be a big deal. You'll be replacing fat with muscle though so the scale might not move too quickly. Just stick with it. Just for a month and see how it goes. Your trainer knows what he's doing so you just have to trust him and not purge. Your body will need the nutrients. And it's hard to tell people you know that you purge but some people can figure it out if you aren't careful. But they would find it just as awkward to come talk to you about it as it is for you to go talk to them about it. The more people who know, the less likely you are to purge because you will think that this person and that person know you are going to go purge and they know I shouldn't so they will probably lecture me about it later and such. So hopefully you can quit purging. It makes it so much harder to lose weight. And like I said, you will need the nutrients if you are wanting to be a BB.

yeah blogger is weird, at first it wouldn't even let me see your new post from my dashboard and won't let me comment on it either... BUT
please stay strong and try as best as you can to stick to the new diet, I'm really really keeping my fingers crossed that you will be able to do so, I feel like the trainer is a professional and a) knows what he is doing and b) is not like other professionals who want you to gain weight, his goal is to help you lose weight..
Also, I hope that by telling the two people you told, it works out for the best and that they are able to be a support network for you! Hope you have a lovely weekend! <33

Hey have you checked dashboard/settings/archiving to make sure "enable post pages" is set to yes? Cos it seems like right now your posts aren't getting their own individual pages which means we can't comment on them? Might be worth trying... I hope things are going well with the new trainer and all!! <3 xx
